12 Presidente Luca di Montezemolo è Presidente della Ferrari S.p.A. dal novembre 1991. Bolognese di nascita, si laurea in Giurisprudenza all'Università di Roma nel 1971, specializzandosi poi in Diritto Commerciale Internazionale alla Columbia University di New York. Dal 1973 al 1977 è assistente di Enzo Ferrari e Direttore Sportivo dell'azienda nel 1974-75. Due le vittorie nel Campionato del Mondo Piloti F1 in quel periodo, con Niki Lauda nel 1975 e nel 1977. In seguito assume la carica di Direttore delle Relazioni Esterne del Gruppo Fiat. Nel 1981 è Amministratore della Itedi S.p.A., la holding che riunisce tutte le attività editoriali del Gruppo Fiat, tra le quali il quotidiano La Stampa. Nel 1984 diviene Amministratore Delegato della Cinzano International S.p.A. e responsabile dell'organizzazione di Azzurra, la prima barca italiana partecipante all'America's Cup. Dal 1985 al 1990 si dedica ai mondiali di calcio, in qualità di Direttore Generale di Italia '90. A conclusione dei mondiali viene nominato Amministratore Delegato della RCS Video, per tornare alla Ferrari nel novembre del 1991. Dal 1997 al marzo 2005 ha assunto la carica di Presidente di Maserati S.p.A.. Dal 2001 al 2004 è Presidente della Federazione Italiana Editori Giornali (FIEG). Dal 2004 al 2008 è Presidente di Confi ndustria, l'Associazione degli Industriali Italiani e, dal 2004, è Presidente del Gruppo Fiat, carica che non gli ha fatto rinunciare alla guida dell'azienda che più ama: la Ferrari. Luca di Montezemolo è inoltre membro di alcuni importanti consigli di amministrazione, e da luglio 2009 è presidente di Telethon, fondazione italiana che raccoglie fondi per la ricerca scientifi ca sulla distrofi a muscolare. Vicepresidente Piero Ferrari è il Vicepresidente della Ferrari S.p.A. Figlio del fondatore , in azienda ha occupato ruoli signifi cativi sia nell'area sportiva che in quella industriale. Nel febbraio 2005, l'Università degli Studi di Modena gli ha conferito la laurea ad honorem in Ingegneria Meccanica. Piero Ferrari gestisce direttamente un'attività di engineering ed è Presidente di Piaggio Aero Industries. Amministratore Delegato Amedeo Felisa si è laureato in Ingegneria Me ccanica al Politecnico di Milano. Dal 1972 in Alfa Romeo, diventa Direttore dello Sviluppo Prodotto nel 1987. Nel 1990 entra in Ferrari, con l'incarico di Direttore Tecnico. Nel 2001 viene nominato Direttore Generale della divisione Granturismo e nel 2006 Direttore Generale dell'azienda, della quale è Amministratore Delegato dal 2008. Chairman Luca di Montezemolo has been Chairman of Ferrari S.p.A. since November 1991. Born in Bologna (Italy), he graduated in Law from the University of Rome in 1971, later specialising in International Commercial Law at Columbia University in New York. He joined Ferrari in 1973 as assistant to Enzo Ferrari and subsequently worked as Team Manager for the Ferrari F1 division between 1974 and 1975. During this period, he won two Formula 1 Drivers' World Championships with Niki Lauda in 1975 and 1977, before being appointed Director of External Relations for the Fiat Group. In 1981, he took up the post of CEO at Itedi S.p.A., the Fiat Group's publishing division whose titles include the Italian newspaper La Stampa. In 1984, Montezemolo took over at the helm of Cinzano International S.p.A. and also organised the Azzurra challenge, Italy's fi rst ever foray into the America's Cup. From 1985 to 1990 he devoted himself to the world of football as head of Italia '90, organising Italy's hosting of the World Cup fi nals. At the end of the World Cup, Montezemolo took over as CEO of RCS Video, before making the move back to Ferrari in November 1991. Between 1997 and March 2005, he was also Chairman of Maserati S.p.A. Between 2001 and 2004, he was chairman of the Italian Federation of Newspaper Publishers (FIEG). Between 2004 and 2008 Montezemolo also held the post of Chairman of the Association of Italian Industries, Confi ndustria, and, in 2004, was appointed Chairman of the Fiat Group. Despite this latter appointment, however, he continues to head the company closest to his heart, Ferrari. Luca di Montezemolo also sits on the boards of directors of several other important organisations and since July 2009 he's President of Telethon, Italian foundation that sources funds for the scientifi c research of muscular dystrophy. Deputy Chairman Piero Ferrari is Deputy Chairman of Ferrari S.p.A. He is the son of founder Enzo Ferr ari and has held senior positions in both the company's racing and industrial divisions. He was conferred with an honorary degree in Mechanical Engineering by the University of Modena in February 2005. Piero Ferrari also directly manages an engineering business and is President of Piaggio Aero Industries. Chief Executive Offi cer Amedeo Felisa holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan. He joined Alfa Romeo in 1972 and was appointed head of Product Development there in 1987. He joined Ferrari as Technical Director in 1990. Amedeo Felisa was appointed General Manager of the GT division in 2001. In 2006, he took over as General Manager of the company and then as Chief Executive Offi cer in 2008.
